2 February 2007

Hello all...

And Happy Imbolc. And Happy Groundhog Day. Apparently according to all the rodent sages, we're in for an early Spring!

So here's what's new for the Store:

1. In case you missed it, Ed was on Breakfast Television again. He did a simple love spell for the folks there. They seemed tickled pink by the whole idea.
2. We're offering two new classes at the store: "Magic in Theory and Practice" as well as a "Wicca Year and a Day" class. As far as I know, there are still openings in both classes. Call the store for details.
3. Pagan Pathways is not happening this weekend (although it says it is in the Moonletter). It will in fact be on April 7th at the Stanley Milner Library (Downtown Branch). There will be *no* dinner and dance this year (the decision was made to keep things simple this year). As far as I know, the organizers are still looking for instructors and students. Sign up today!
4. If the lady who lost the black and yellow mittens on Thursday reads this...your mittens are at the store. They miss you.
5. We expect the Ostara issue of Magickal Ink to be available on February 14th. If you have questions for Hilda, drop her a line at magickalink@wherefaerieslive.com.
6. We are always looking for Fireside facilitators. Now that I've actually done one, I can honestly tell you that the Fireside crowd is easily the most polite and laidback audience I've ever encountered. You don't have to be a PhD on a topic to present.
7. We're going to be getting a few more of those citrine cathedrals in a couple of weeks. Just so you know.

Anyway, that's all I can think of that's new for this week. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
