...in the last few days it has come to light that some people have had a less-than-positive experience shopping at Where Faeries Live. Ed and I (Chris) have always worked to make our store a welcoming place for everyone and it grieves us that on occasion this has not been the case. To anyone who feels they have been given less than excellent customer service, we would like to talk to you about your experience and see if there is anything we can do to rectify it. I've always had wonderful service at Faeries. Every single time. Cheers for you all, past and present!
I have always enjoyed going into the store, it has excellent customer service and such positive energy
