So we've taken on local artist Brad Johnson as a consignor. He's got roughly ten pieces of his art for sale at Where Faeries Live. Some are framed originals, some are framed prints, and there are unframed prints available for all of them. Please come down and see his work for yourself - my photography does not do them justice.

We've been getting in a whole lot of other new stuff in as well, including pillar candles dedicated to Hekate, Brigid, Isis, and Lakshmi as well as a large variety of spell type candles and kits. A few weeks ago some ladies from the Edmonton Journal came by and took some pictures and some of the candle spell kits might be in the special Christmas pull out section later this month.

The Witches Tarot has come back into print and all of our backordered copies have arrived. It's a decent enough deck and well worth having a look at.

Also back in stock (finally!) larger cauldrons (6" opening). We're still working valiantly at getting some even larger cauldrons in. We've had an outstanding order for them for about two years now and when I recently enquired about it, I was told that the order was still in process but there were "fears that the people who make them may have fallen into one". I'm not sure what that means.

Other things: many beautiful new stone pendants in the old favourites including amethyst, citrine, malachite, carnelian and the like. Look for those to be out on display by Wednesday.

And, last but certainly not least, the online store is making progress. I realize I've been saying this for over year but you have to trust me on this. It's happening. I'm making great strides thanks to Timmie who appears to be completely unperturbed by having to explain the same basic concepts to me over and over again. Eventually it sticks and stuff happens.

When it's done it will (hopefully) have been worth the wait!
